This page describes how CallStallion supports compliant missed-call follow-up messaging.
Business & Contact
Opt-in method
CallStallion is used by service businesses to send a conservative follow-up SMS to callers after a missed call. The intent is to reconnect the caller with the business they contacted.
Businesses using CallStallion are expected to message only people who have directly contacted the business and have provided appropriate consent to receive a text-back.
Purpose
Missed-call recovery: a brief text-back so the caller can request a callback or a booking link.
Message frequency
We keep it conservative: typically one recovery text per missed call. If the caller replies YES, the system may send a single confirmation (and optionally a booking link).
STOP / HELP
- Reply STOP to opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately.

Message and data rates may apply.
No purchased lists
CallStallion does not use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists. Messages are intended only for people who directly contact a business (e.g., by calling).
